This remarkable ham is known as the King of the Ibéricos. Crafted from 100% free-range Ibérico pigs, it reaches peak quality during the Montanera season (October to February), when the animals naturally double their weight by feeding on acorns and wild grasses. This slow, natural process produces what is considered the most exceptional and prestigious ham in the world.
Each piece is cured for 48 months using traditional craftsmanship in La Alberca, Spain, an artisanal ham-making region located within a UNESCO-protected Natural Reserve.
