This Jamón Serrano comes exclusively from pigs born, raised, and produced in Spain. Its exceptional flavor and quality stem from two essential elements: the unique genetics of FERMÍN’s carefully selected white pig breed, which provides an unmistakably refined texture, and the dedicated care given to animal welfare, breeding, and nutrition throughout their life cycle.
It is cured for a minimum of 20 months using traditional, artisan techniques in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
