These acorns are a natural source of vitamin E, an antioxidant that enables a slow and patient curing process, essential for developing the ham’s exceptional quality.

Tasting Notes
This ham reveals translucent, glossy fat and deep cherry-red lean meat intricately marbled throughout. The aroma is potent, mature, and long-lasting. The fat is silky and fluid, while the lean portion remains tender and exceptionally juicy.
