In this 50% Ibérico line, free-range 100% Ibérico pigs are crossbred with pure Duroc pigs, creating a 50% Ibérico breed that feeds on grains, grasses, roots, and whatever the land provides. The result is a refined, well-balanced flavor profile crafted for everyday enjoyment, yet still elegant in character.
Cured for 24 months using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain.
